With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Sandy of Norfolk, Virginia, who passed away on February 3, 2021 at the age of 58. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Sandy Jr. and Allison Gadrow Sandy. He is survived by: his daughter Nichole Allison Kindley; his grandchildren, Brian Edward Kindley Jr. and Madison Kay Nichole Kindley; his son William Gregory Sandy; his grandchildren, Aaron Lee Garner and Ariel Juliette Sandy; and his girlfriend Kristi Harman.
Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, no formal visitation will be held, however friends may visit with the family at the funeral home for the service on Saturday. Masks are required and social distancing measures should be followed by those attending services.
