With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Wanda Queen of Norfolk, Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 11, 2025 at the age of 77. She was predeceased by: her mother Elsie Crider West; her husband Josh Queen; her aunt Pearl Nevin of Sparks City; and her grandson Joshua Arthur Queen. She is survived by: her children, Connie Sue Kerbs (Alan) of Ivor, VA, Michael Queen (Glenda) of Norfolk, VA. and Tammy Gray (Mike) of Norfolk, VA.; her son-in-law Gene Maffei of Norfolk, VA.; her grandchildren, Jennifer Gray, Travis Maffei, Daniel Maffei, Chelsea Demsko, Megan Queen and Jacob Maffei; and her great grandchildren, Bella, Carter and Clara.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Woodlawn Funeral Home Chapel (6329 E Virginia Beach Blvd, Norfolk, VA 23502). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Woodlawn Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens (6329 E Virginia Beach Blvd, Norfolk, VA 23502).
