She was predeceased by: her parents, Vilethia Ferebee Stieff and Jiles Stieff Sr.; and her brother Isaiah Stieff. She is survived by: her children, Carl Haynes (Meriam) of North Carolina, Rhonda Timberlake of Norfolk, Cassandra Hurd (Anthony) of Chesapeake and Tracy Haynes of Maryland; and also Howard Langford (Michelle) of Chesapeake. She is also survived by Fifteen grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild.
