She is survived by: her mother Jessie Smaw-Winfield; her son Arthur Taylor; her grandson Gary; her son Cy Bailey; her grandchildren, Jade Thompson and Cy Bailey Jr.; her son Olando Bailey Jr.; her daughter-in-law Charmaigne Bailey; her grandchildren, Celeste Bailey, Javon Bailey and Cameron Bailey; and her siblings, Venus Powell and Lee McNeal. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
