She was predeceased by: her siblings, Harvey Luper, Richard Luper and Helen Garrenton; and her husband Clyde P. Neal, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Ken Rhodes (Sharon), Clyde Neal III (Sandra) and Marcia Dublinski (Steve); her daughter-in-law Cathy Neal; and her grandchildren, Jeffrey Rhodes, Tracy Carini (Tommy), Clyde Neal IV (Megan), Wesley Neal, Paul Cummings (Amanda) and Sarah Messinger (Paul). She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren; and two great, great grandchildren.
