Rod Whibley Obituary
The passing of Rod Whibley (Norfolk, Virginia) leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on December 15, 2024. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Rod is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Rod's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank Whibley and Henrietta Whibley; his wife Terry Waters; his children, Meredith (John) and Josh (Rosie); and his grandchildren, Caroline, Emory, Hill, Olive and Waters. He was also cherished by his family and his many friends.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Cedar Point Club (8056 Clubhouse Dr, Suffolk, VA 23433).
