He is survived by: his wife Barbara Garrison; his children, Anita Kulp (Michael) of Virginia Beach, Robert L. Garrison, IV of Chesapeake and Andrew Garrison of Virginia Beach; his siblings, Mary Barholm of Virginia Beach, Joy Beaudry of Florida, William of Virginia Beach, David of Virginia Beach and Glenn Garrison of Virginia Beach; and his grandsons, Aidan Kulp, Ian and Jacob Garrison. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
