He is survived by: his sister Joan James of Purcellville, Virginia; his children, Elizabeth of Nevada City, California, Robert (Allison) of Nags Head and David (Brandon Brinkley) of Norfolk, Virginia; the mother of his children Mary Dorbad of Chesapeake, Virginia; his grandchildren, Lincoln, Josie and Sage of Nags Head; and his close friend Kathy Corigliano of Danbury, Connecticut..
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Norfolk Chapel (1501 Colonial Ave, Norfolk, VA 23517).
