She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Little and Fannie Bond Little; and her siblings, John Little, Henry Little and Janie Little.
She is survived by: her husband Charles W. Owens; her daughters, Rhonda Owens-Hopson (Robert), Tonya Owens and Emiley Owens; and her siblings, Mary Savage, Vernice Billips (Gene), Herman Little (Marlene) and Melvin Little. She is also survived by seven grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Keith Matthews Funeral Home (5665 E Virginia Beach Blvd, Norfolk, VA 23502). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
