He is survived by: his wife Janell; his children, Amanda Bauer (Kris), Tori Carroll (James) and Frank Dole (Alexis); his grandchildren, Krislyn, Jack, Elena, Kora, Emma and Grayson; and his siblings, John F McGowan Jr. (Linda), Patrick McGowan (Annie) and Kathleen McGowan.
A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Trinity Catholic Church (154 W Government Ave, Norfolk, VA 23503).
