He is survived by: his wife Priscilla Hart; his daughter Cheryl Hood (Shelton); his grandchildren, Likisha Frazier (Tyren), Danielle Moore and C. Marquis Moore (Michelle); his great grandchildren, Madison, Kieryn, Brendan, Melia and Jayla; his siblings, Malcolm Hart (Wanda), Marvin Hart (Valeria), Margo H. Joyner, Marilyn H. Webb (Trent), Melva H. Moore (Ralph), Michelle H. Jones (Kevin) and Marvette H. Darby; his aunt Elizbeth O. Adams; and his sisters-in-law, Darlene Hart and Jacqueline Randolph (Thomas). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Graves Funeral Home (1631 Church St, Norfolk, VA 23504). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Bethlaham Baptist Church (1502 Link St, Norfolk, VA 23504).
