She was predeceased by: her husband Rex Glen Garris; her daughter Elizabeth Anne Moore; her parents, James Smith and Margaret Smith; and her siblings, Betty Gillies, Isa McEwan (Isa), James (Jim) and John Smith (Jack).
She is survived by: her sister Margaret; her son Jeffrey Garris (Paula); her grandchildren, Crystal Anne Joyce (Matt), Eric Alan Moore (Lindsay) and Graham Glen Garris (Ana Pau); her great grandchild Parker Alan Moore; and her granddaughter Crystal Joyce.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Woodlawn Memorial Gardens (6329 E Virginia Beach Blvd, Norfolk, VA 23502).
