She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold William Bolyard and Beryl Virginia Bolyard; her husband Robert Lee Skipper Sr.; her son Harold "Billy" Skipper; and her siblings, Harold "Frank" Bolyard and Bernice "Mike" Trumbull.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Skipper Jr., Charles Skipper, Carlotta Cawthon and Anita Foster; and her sisters, Jacqueline Jones, Patty Taylor and Charlotte Frank. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 29th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Fred Jenkins Chapel (10 S High St, Morgantown, WV 26501).
