She is survived by: her children, Robert Skipper Jr., Charles Skipper, Carlotta Cawthon and Anita Foster; and her sisters, Jacqueline Jones, Patty Taylor and Charlotte Frank. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren.
