She was predeceased by: her parents, Alice Pillard and Willie Bob Norris; and her husband Jasper L. Milteer. She is survived by: her children, Alexander Hicklin, Terry Hicklin (Antonia Hicklin), Carl Hicklin, Alice Hicklin, Sheila Hegwood (Carlton Hegwood) and Jacqueline Milteer; her adoptive daughter Elizabeth Wilson; and her grandchildren, Nicole Hegwood, Leenong Hicklin, Crystal Belcher, Erica Herving (Deon), Kevin Hicklin, Alrico Outlaw, Lakay Outlaw, Jade Outlaw, Alicia Outlaw and Nancy Hicklin.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Graves Funeral Home (1631 Church St, Norfolk, VA 23504). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 at 5:00 PM at the Graves Funeral Home Chapel (1631 Church St, Norfolk, VA 23504).
