She was predeceased by: her parents, Pearlie Howard Blanchard and Calvin Blanchard; and her siblings, Helen Hickman, Josephine Merrick, Millie Young, Ella Virginia Spencer and Sidney Blanchard.
She is survived by: her husband Edward J Harris; and her nephew Marlowe Gibbs.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Graves Funeral Home (1631 Church St, Norfolk, VA 23504). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Graves Funeral Home Chapel (1631 Church St, Norfolk, VA 23504).
