She is survived by: her children, Sandra Kay Brockway, Tommie Smith, Sr. (Janice), Alexis Smith Bailey (Mark) and Eric Jason Smith (Tina); her daughter-in-law Jan Smith; and her sister Mattie Bell Cahoon. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren.
