She was predeceased by: her siblings, Gene Blackwell and Janice M. Blackwell. She is survived by: her daughters, Mia Blackwell-Charley (Benjamin) and Mesha Thomas. She is also survived by granddaughter, four grandsons, two great granddaughters, and four great grandsons.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Graves Funeral Home Chapel (1631 Church St, Norfolk, VA 23504).
