He was predeceased by: his mother Irene Lewis (Raffeld); his uncles, Chris Raffeld, Charles and Kurt Lewis; and his aunt Linda Lane (Lewis).
He is survived by: his son John G. Lewis, III (Jillian Lewis); his father John G. Lewis; and his sister Marianne Bynum (Bradly). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, in-laws, cousins, and friends.
