She is survived by: her mother Betty Creecy; her husband John S. Winters; her children, Robert L. Winters and Katharine F Winters; her stepdaughter Meredith W. Burgents (Joe Burgents); and her brother William L. Moger Jr. (Rosalyn K. Moger). She is also survived by several nephews, nieces and grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the Epilepsy Foundation, or the Michael J. Fox Foundation-Parkinson's Research.
