He was predeceased by: his parents, Leokadja Radavalas and Konstantins Osipovs. He is survived by: his wife Margaret; his daughter Alexis; his stepsons, David and Ryan; his sister Larisa Dulin; and his brother-in-law Larry Dulin.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the First Presbyterian Church of Norfolk (820 Colonial Ave, Norfolk, VA 23507).
He loved Christmas, and his favorite annual tradition was to donate toys to local community children in need.
