Visitation will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Keith Matthews Funeral Home (5665 E Virginia Beach Blvd, Norfolk, VA 23502). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 24th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
