He is survived by: his wife Elois Rhodes; his sons, Kent of Norfolk, VA and Matt (Jess) of Stephens City, VA.; his daughter-in-law Michelle; his children, Alden and Payton; his grandson Luke; his daughter-in-law Katie of Iowa City, IA; his son Troy; his grandchildren, Greenley, Kellyn, Addison and Oliver; and his sister Anne Whitney of Richmond, VA..
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Azalea Baptist Church (3314 E Little Creek Rd, Norfolk, VA 23518).
