He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Jacob J. Ostroff and Mary Ostroff of Baltimore, Maryland.. He is survived by: his wife Frankie Marshburn of Clinton; his brother Robert (Eileen); his sons, David (Jen) and Ethan (Gretchen); and his grandchildren, Andrew, Cecelia and Gerald.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Norfolk Chapel (1501 Colonial Ave, Norfolk, VA 23517). A graveside service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Olive Branch Cemetery.
