Douglas C. Ransone Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Douglas C. Ransone (Norfolk, Virginia), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 19, 2024 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Douglas shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Douglas farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Mary; his children, Meredith and Mark (Blair); and his grandchildren, Joseph and Evelyn.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the First United Methodist Church.
