She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnnie Thomas Cooper and Agnes Burrus Cooper; and her brothers, Johnnie Cooper Jr. and Troy Cooper. She is survived by: her siblings, Randolph Cooper, Erma C. Bracey of Norfolk, Jeanette Cooper and Michelle Cooper of Virginia Beach, Virginia.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and a host of extended family.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Woodlawn Funeral Home (6329 E Virginia Beach Blvd, Norfolk, VA 23502). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A committal service was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Woodlawn Memorial Gardens (6309 E Virginia Beach Blvd, Norfolk, VA 23502).
