Foskey (Annette) of Jacksonville, NC and Receater Foskey Harris (Patrick) of Virginia Beach, VA; her nieces and nephews, Lois, Kristal, Wanda, Melanie, Kimberly, Dennis, Darryl, Kevin, Keith and Barry; and her close friends, Nicholas, Paloma Pourbaix, David Griffith of France, Frank, Karen Robbins of Northern, VA, Zenobia Thomas of Maryland, Christian, Lut Fabert of Belgium, Carol Godley of Washington, DC and Brenda Pulley of Virginia Beach, VA.. She is also survived by great nephews, nieces.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Metropolitan Funeral Service (120 W Berkley Ave, Norfolk, VA 23523).
