Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Keith Matthews Funeral Home (5665 E Virginia Beach Blvd, Norfolk, VA 23502). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
