She was predeceased by: her husband Johnny Corbett, Jr.; and her parents, Peter Moore and Blanche Powell. She is survived by: her daughter Alisa Corbett Greene (Christopher) of Virginia Beach; her granddaughter Alexis Greene; her siblings, Jennifer Jones of Midlothian, VA and Marvin Cuffee (Veronica) of Charlotte, NC; her sisters-in-law, Patricia Mason, Celestine Humphrey, Velva Corbett and Joyce Cowell (Percy); her cousin DeSean Bingham; her great-niece Lyndzy Duroseau; and her close friend Dorothy "Dot" Peoples. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, friends.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Graves Funeral Home (1631 Church St, Norfolk, VA 23504). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Grace Episcopal Church (1400 E Brambleton Ave, Norfolk, VA 23504).
