He is survived by: his wife Julia Williams; his brother Carnell; his children, Charles Williams, Jr., Doritha Williams, Wendell Williams of Norfolk, VA, Malinda G. Jenkins of New York City and Julia Jenkins Williams; his siblings, James Oscar Williams, Cornell Williams (Balle) and Inell Williams (Momma Gal); and his sister-in-law Florence Williams. He is also survived by 7 Grandchildren, 4 Great Grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, & friends.
