He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Moore and Eugenia Harte Bishop of Norfolk; and his sister Barbara "Bobbie" Caruana. He is survived by: his sons, Joshua Bishop (Eileen) of Charlotte, NC and Matthew Bishop (Rachel) of Fuquay-Varina, NC; his granddaughters, Emma and June; and his brother Col. Lewis "Skip" Bishop (Sheila) of Norfolk. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church (300 Dundee Rd, Pinehurst, NC 28370). Visitation will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
