She was predeceased by: her husband Earl J. Harrell; her son David M. Harrell; her parents, Bettie and Grover Talley; and her brothers, Curtis, Joseph, Randolph, Earnest and William Talley.
She is survived by: her granddaughter Mary Catherine Bell of Georgia. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Woodlawn Funeral Home (6329 E Virginia Beach Blvd, Norfolk, VA 23502). A graveside service was held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.
