We are sad to announce that on November 16, 2024, at the age of 70, Carlis Tolbert (Norfolk, Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Carlis may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Carlis touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He is survived by: his siblings, Ciffon Tolbert, Mary Martin, Dianne Beamon and Cynthia Edwards of Charleston. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews, dear family, friends and co-workers.
