He was predeceased by: his parents, Olie Smith and Lathey Spigner. He is survived by: his brothers, Jonny and Larry; his wife Lydia Spigner; his children, Vivian Shine, Lytonia Spigner and Bobby Spigner Jr.; and his grandson Nathen.

Viewing was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Metropolitan Funeral Service (7246 Granby St, Norfolk, VA 23505). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
