He was predeceased by: his parents, Erma B. Lawrence, and Arthur W. Lawrence, Sr.; and his siblings, Jeane, Carol Jane and Stuart Leigh.
He is survived by: his wife Eleanor Hofheimer Lawrence; his daughters, Tracy Burman and Angie Ashley; his sister Sarah Lawrence; his brother-in-law Ted Lawhorn; and his children-in-law, Jeffrey Ashley, Laurent Burman, Davis, Grant Ashley of Bala Cynwyd, PA, Benjamin and Amelia Burman (Millie) of Seattle, WA..
