She is survived by: her children, Matthew Crossland (Stephanie Broschart), Gary Hartley Jr. and Jessica Smith Shaffer; her sisters, Kimmie Conrad, Heather Welch (Greg) and Dorothy Holdaway; and her aunt Anne Matheny (Jay Kissel).
