She is survived by: her husband Ellis Leftwich of Nora; her grandchildren, Wayne Leftwich, Anastasia, Matthew Leftwich, Haley, Sarah Perrigan, Cliff, Tiffany Thomas, Jacob and John Smith; her stepson Jason Dewayne Leftwich; her stepgrandson Joshua Dewayne Leftwich; and her great grandchildren, Mark, Brantley, Lindsey, Elena, Kayden and Samuel.
