With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ardie E. Phillips of Nora, Virginia, born in Dickenson County, Virginia, who passed away on July 9, 2021 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Tivis Phillips and Julia Dishman Phillips; and his daughter Monica Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Betty Gullett Phillips; his daughter Mandy Cooper (William) of West Dante, Virginia; his grandchildren, Alora Phillips of Herndon, Rafe Cooper and Gabe Cooper; his sisters, Loretta Salyers of St. Paul and Belva Hall of Massillon, Ohio; and his close friend Robert Johnson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
