She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Raymond Hurst and Cora Belle Hurst (Thompson); her husband Veachel Harrison Emberton; her son Joseph Franklin Emberton; her daughter-in-law Barbara Emberton; and her siblings, Raymond, Bill, Joe, Bob, James, Harry, Frank, Fred, Johnnie, Rosie and Dorothy.
She is survived by: her children, Danny Harrison Emberton (Linda), Willie Carl Emberton, Mary Jane Oakes (Jimmy), Debbie Sue Plemmons (Boo) and Pamela Jean Pritchett (Chris); her grandchildren, Deanna, Tammy, Willie Jr., Jeremy, Sam, Amanda, Amy, Jennifer, Sarah, Matthew and Mary-Jo; her sister Betty May Crawford; and also Vickie Emberton. She is also survived by 20 Great Grandchildren and countless nieces and nephews.
