He was predeceased by: his parents, Simmie Lewis and Ruby Lewis; and his siblings, Robert Lewis, Arrie Lewis, Ellis Lewis and Geraldine Lewis.
He is survived by: his wife Lana Lewis (Good); his children, Kelly Lewis (Wendy) of Church Hill, Denise Dula of Johnson City, Cindy Moody (Barry) of Kingsport and Amy Baldwin of Kingsport; his grandchildren, Cori James (Derrick), Jacob Lewis, Cody McMellan, Rebekah Moody, Kloie Lewis and Alana Baldwin; his siblings, Betty Bowen (James), Lois Dockery (Fred), Lisa Snodgrass (Steve), June White (G. W.) and Arvel Lewis (Ruth); and his siblings-in-law, Mitzi Lewis and Fred Darnell.
