He was predeceased by: his parents, Zack Goins and Bessie Lee Goins (Begley); his son Richard Broadwater; and his brothers, George L. Goins, Alvin Goins and Glenn Goins.
He is survived by: his wife Clara Taylor Goins; his children, Michael Goins, Donna Goins, Rhonda Bradley (Andy) and Robin Sexton (Jerry); his grandchildren, Rebecca Sinor (Brandon), Zachary Goins, Brandon Bradley (Amanda), Wesley Bradley (Kayla), Jordan Peters and Peyton Peters; his great grandchildren, Emma June, Brady, Gracie, Kendall and Macy; his sisters, Naomi Lawson and Gloria Maness; and his mother-in-law Ruby Scott. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and many friends.
