C., Emmitt and Ervin Dean; his wife Nyla Dean (Weddle); his son Billy Wayne Dean (Clara); his grandchildren, Justin Wayne Dean (Kala), Tiffany Sunshine Hall (Justin Wayne) and Makayla Storm Dean; his great grandchildren, Leeland Dean, Mason Dean, Braden Dean and Emerie Hall; and his siblings, Carlos Dean (Helen) of Nickelsville, VA, Billy Joe Dean, Pearl Hamm of Baltimore, MD, Myrtle Dean and Brenda Newland. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and many friends.
