She is survived by: her husband Bobby Collins; her sons, Justin Collins (Stephanie) and Jason Collins (Kashmir); her grandchildren, Jayce, Luke Collins and Corbin Collins; her siblings, Melissa Trivett, Mark "Bo" Taylor (Kendra), Wesley Taylor and Kelly Taylor (Anita); her nieces, Ashley Stuart and Katelyn Horton; her nephew Jacob Taylor; and her caregivers, Missy and Wes.
