He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Henderson and Nancy Jane Page, Sr. (Falin). He is survived by: his wife Mildred Page (Baker); his siblings, Elsie May Sloan, Lidia Alice Cody, Opal Page Neeley, R. J., Emory and Carter Lee Page; his children, Lyvonne Wallen (Gary), Sharon Meade (John), Robin Bright (Michael), Donna Whiten (Greg) and Richard Page (Rita); his grandchildren, Penny Mitchell, Bevelene Wallen, Stacy Page, Zachary Page, Jody Pearcy, Todd Meade, Andrew Bright, Matthew Bright, Kacy Brandt and Carrie Whiten; and his close friend Lorene Salling. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and many friends.
