It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Steve Minton of Nickelsville, Virginia, who passed away on May 23, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his siblings, Bud, Arthur, Lee, Clarence, Howard, Paul, Roy, Lucy, Trula, Lassie, Lena and Edna; and his parents-in-law, Noah and Daphne Stapleton.

He is survived by: his wife Flo Stapleton Minton; his daughters, Gina Minton and Lisa Dean; his granddaughters, Taylor Lankford, Sophie and Gracie Dean; his siblings, Margie Poteat, Lola Dean, Rosa Harrison, Elaine Minton, Debra Chapman, Curt, Tives and Joe Minton; and his close friend Maynard Howington. He is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews, his church family.
