It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sharon Sluss (Nickelsville, Virginia), born in Kingsport, Tennessee, who passed away on September 20, 2019, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Glen Stapleton; her grandmother Magdalene Castle; her father-in-law Kelly Mack Sluss; and her sister Linda Stapleton. She is survived by: her mother Verda Castle Stapleton; her husband Kenneth Darrell Sluss; her children, Crystal Meade (Gavin) and Wesley Sluss (Natasha); her grandchildren, Zachary Sykes, Hunter Meade, Bryson Sluss and Westion Hall; her siblings, Brenda Parks (Anthony) and Randall Stapleton (Dellia); and her mother-in-law Mary Sluss.
Flowers will be accepted and memorial contributions may be made to Colonial Funeral Home to assist the family with funeral expenses.
