She was predeceased by: her parents, Mack Layfette Smith and Vesta Zelma Hartsock; and her nephew Joe Gass. She is survived by: her sisters, Mary Ruth Gass and Sally Ann Smith; her husband Vernon Quillen Keith, Jr.; her children, April Hawks (Stacy) and Brian Keith (Stacy); her grandchildren, Shawnna Statzer Snavely, Tyler, Leigha Statzer Phillips, Roscoe, Holly Statzer Ball, Michael, Jeremiah Statzer, Haley, Jordan Statzer, Savannah, Jonathan Statzer, Nathan Keith, Angelina, Ashlyn Meade and Nick; her great grandchildren, Braylun, Carley, Nathaniel, Logan, Lily, Kyla, Layla, Kiana, Braxton, Jayden, Paxton, Aziel and Fisher; her nephews, Kevin Smallwood, Greg Gass and Mike Gass; and her niece Aleta Gass. She is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
