He was predeceased by: his wife Shelia Repass. He is survived by: his children, Randy Repass (Kathy), David Repass (Lucinda) and Melissa Justice (James); and his siblings, Fredith Gibson and Joe Repass. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
