He was predeceased by: his parents, Garland Kegley and Hattie Jane Cook Kegley; his wife Reeda Kegley; his son Scott Kegley; and his siblings, Reatha Elam, Beulah Duncan, John Kegley, Grover Kegley and Fannie Salyer.
He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Rouse (Travis) and Jeff Kegley (Armina); his grandchildren, Kelsi Faulk (Donald), Jaren Kegley, Emily Wampler, Noah Wampler, Ethan Kegley, Josh Rouse (Payton) and Jake Rouse; his great grandchildren, Layla Kegley, Emerson Kegley and Trip Anderson; and his sister Gladys Elam. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
