It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lowell Broadwater of Nickelsville, Virginia, who passed away on January 5, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Broadwater and Etta Hilton Broadwater; his son Kevin Broadwater; and his siblings, Kenneth, Garland, Arthur Broadwater, Reba Castle, Marie Grigsby and Angeline Smith.

He is survived by: his wife Margaret Broadwater (Peggy); his children, Michael, Kerry Broadwater and Tanya Dingus (Doug); his granddaughter Brandy Dingus Hensley (Bill); and his great grandchildren, Kade and Kellen Hensley.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the Nickelsville Cemetery fund.
