He was predeceased by: his parents, John L. Flanary, Sr. and Claudia Burke Flanary; his son Barry Flanary; and his brother Tony Flanary. He is survived by: his wife Judy Flanary; his son Kelly Flanary (Brittany); his daughter-in-law Clarissa Flanary; his grandchildren, Madison Shaffer, Ty Flanary and Avery Flanary; his siblings, Gaye Stapleton, Wanda Salyer, Jackie Kimbler (Harold), Debbie Strong (Roy), Cathy Ross (Johnny), Barbara Head, Terry Bise (Terry), Jeffery Flanary (Sandy) and Kenneth Flanary; and his niece Tina Gilmer (Vance). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
